From class structure and memberships to what to bring on your first day, we’ve got you covered. Let’s get you ready to train with confidence!

What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is a high-intensity fitness program that combines elements of weightlifting, cardio, and functional movements to improve overall strength, endurance, and mobility.

Do I need to be fit to start CrossFit?

Not at all. Every workout is scalable to your fitness level. Whether you're a total beginner or an experienced athlete, we’ll meet you where you are.

What happens in a typical class?

Each class includes a warm-up, strength or skill training, the WOD (Workout of the Day), and a cool-down — all led by a certified coach.

How long are the workouts?

Most classes last about 60 minutes, including warm-up and cool-down.

How often should I come?

We recommend 3–5 classes per week for best results, but it depends on your goals and schedule.

What should I bring to my first class?

Comfortable workout clothes, a water bottle, and a positive attitude! We’ll take care of the rest.
