Situated around the old Lacemakers Mills of Long Eaton we are aiming to bring small, group focussed, coach led fitness sessions which are accessible for everyone.
Quality is our absolute number one goal. This starts from the coaching and runs all the way through to the facilities and equipment that you will be using. We endeavour to give you the best training environment and experience that you will find. To do this we will keep class sizes down (to ensure a good quality of coaching) and we will keep the facilities in tip top shape to make it somewhere that you really want to be – don’t settle for second best!
As well as coming together to get fit and healthy we will also hold a number of other community building activities and events from dog walks, outdoor fitness sessions, competitions and in house food and drink experiences. So keep your eyes open for anything you would like to join in with. We also have a comfortable member’s area for you to relax, socialise and grab a drink before or after your workout.
As well as our coaches we also have an in house nutritionist who will be on hand to help you with all your dietary needs. One of our in house events we will be holding nutrition seminars and workshops to help you help yourselves outside of the gym. Further to this we have a treatment room with local chartered physiotherapist and sport massage therapists who will be on hand to help should you ever need it, to keep you fighting fit.
